I had Jim Comrie do the home inspection of the home I am buying. Jim was very professional and his report was very detailed. I am very happy with the Searchlight services and I can highly recommend them.

Jim was great and was very detailed on what items were high-priority and which could be put on the backburner. Also was a very funny and genuine guy who made the inspection go by quick!The price was more than fair, and he didn't try to sell me on any additional inspections that I didn't need.

We've had Searchlight do our home inspections on 3 houses, and Jim always does a great job of identifying issues and connecting homeowners with options for resolving the items that need to be addressed.
