Me and my family have been getting glasses here for years, they have helped us with many repairs and adjustments. Justin in particular has always been very helpful with deciding on styles , and finding options that work with our budget. Thank you Justin.
I ordered a pair of glasses from a different RX optical and they didn’t fit at all when they came in. Aleah had me visit her at the Plainfield store and helped fit me with new frames that fit my face. She explained why the pair I had wasn’t correct for me and made sure my new pair would be great. I was almost in tears when I picked up the first pair from the other store.
I was very happy with her fitting and customer service to make my new pair right.
Will go back to her for my next glasses needs!
