I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. Their customer service at every level was outstanding. From the first call to schedule a cleaning and inspection, they were professional, friendly, and responded quickly. My furnace was 30 years old so it wasn't a surprise when the inspector discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. Their estimator was out in within an hour or so, and we scheduled installation of a new furnace for two business days later. The installers were very careful to protect my newly-cleaned carpets. A a job very well done. Kudos.
