If you can snag an appointment with Lily, do it! I love the way she doesn't rush to finish, and she listens to what I want! Clean and skilled nail artists make this my number one pick for a mani and pedi downtown! I recently had my dip set removed and went with gel polish. Minimal drilling makes me feel more relaxed during my service!

I originally loved this salon. My nails looked great the 1st time. The second time, they were ok. The nail tech was rushed (I'm assuming bc of the bachelorette party that came in)and cut 2 of my fingers with the nail filing tool, enough to make me bleed and have pain for a couple days. My nails were bumpy and not even filed nicely or cleaned up underneath my nails, my cuticles we're torn up. When i went in for a 3rd fill, I had a idea of what I wanted. I did have two broken nails that had to be fixed, so I wasn't worried about paying for those. I asked for a design, showed her my idea and she said "yes" when I asked for the price it was $72. I ended up going for a full review

Made an appointment for 2 and sat and waited till 230, whatever, that's fine and a typical experience at a nail salon. I paid $51 for dip w/ a tip and a few of my nails have major dents mid-nail. I expressed my concern and the technician (who was noticeably sick and sniffling) made a quick attempt to even things out, with barely noticeable results. For the price I paid I am disappointed with the results. I would not recommend.
