Polar Seal Windows of Grand Rapids provided me with a great experience from start to finish…my sales person Rachel was knowledgeable and answered all my questions from ideas on how to improve the curb side appeal to the construction materials and performance of the windows….true to their original time frame my windows were installed this past week by Chris and Nate….professional start to finish and worked like a team ensuring my furnace did not run overtime while installation was in progress.Leaving a clean site every day and went above and beyond addressing my concerns….at completion I have beautiful looking professionally installed window throughout my home and I could not be happier….I would ask for this team in particular should I need any other work in the future and will recommend them and Polar Seal to any family,friends or co workers moving forward….thank you Polar Seal,Rachel,Chris and Nate
I love my new slider patio door. The Polar Seal team, from answering my calls to sales to install to customer service, all were professional, courteous & helpful. Install did a great job, right down to the final vacuuming of the area. Friendly, efficient, job well done. What a huge difference the door is already making on heating/cooling efficiency.
We got 4 quotes to have one large window in our master bedroom replaced. Polar Seal was right in the middle price wise. We went with them and are so glad we did! It took a while to get the window, but it was worth the wait. Install crew was professional, worked quickly and informative. Here is the clincher….not ONE hour after our new window was installed I managed to crack the bottom inner pane while installing an alarm sensor! I called them and they were out within a week or so and repaired the window no questions asked. BEST unconditional warranty in the business!!! When it comes time to replace our other windows, we know who we will call!
