The company is praised for its fantastic culture and top-shelf team, with reviewers describing them as "next level." Despite a few minor issues with a specific building, the company is recognized for its impressive work, having built a significant portion of the city to a magnificent standard. The company is owned by a woman and her husband, who are described as outstanding individuals and leaders. Pioneer Construction is the largest construction company on the west coast of Michigan, with over 400 employees and a remarkable track record of achievements, including grossing over $250 million in profit in 2019 and maintaining excellent safety standards with minimal accident reports. I can't say anything about the company as a whole because I've not used them, but I can tell you that there's a man that works for them who goes by Twig.
And I'm on a trip from Novi to Grand Rapids on empty and realized that I left my purse with all my credit cards and money in Novi. And I'm 20 minutes out of Grand Rapids.
So Twig is nice enough to pay for my gas and let me send him venmo. And I am back on the road.

Pioneer has built half of our beautiful city and has done a magnificent job, however, the particular building I live in was built in quite a rush and there are several small things that I think we're overlooked in the construction process. One being that my yard is repeatedly having the landscaping washed out down to the forms and leaving a river of mud on the sidewalk in front of mine and my neighbors' apartments. It happens every time it rains because there is some sort of design flaw with the rain gutter and it leaves a horrible mess where the kids can't play and people track mud into our home every time they visit.Water pressure is nonexistent in my shower because...read full review
There Is a few companies that I know of..... That work-on the level of being The Top of the Line..... Real ownership is by a Woman - First..… then her immediate partner - her husband..... Both outstanding individuals...... And leadership.They are the number one on the west coast of Michigan, 88 yrs in business and the largest manned of over 400+ employees ....2019 grossed over 250 million in profit and broke all their own records every year in accomplishments and records... Number 1 according to OSHA leadership and standards and minimal accident injury reports for SAFETY and safe working environments... ABC Licenced all phases of construction....
