I can't say anything about the company as a whole because I've not used them, but I can tell you that there's a man that works for them who goes by Twig.

And I'm on a trip from Novi to Grand Rapids on empty and realized that I left my purse with all my credit cards and money in Novi. And I'm 20 minutes out of Grand Rapids.

So Twig is nice enough to pay for my gas and let me send him venmo. And I am back on the road.

There Is a few companies that I know of..... That work-on the level of being The Top of the Line..... Real ownership is by a Woman - First..… then her immediate partner - her husband..... Both outstanding individuals...... And leadership.They are the number one on the west coast of Michigan, 88 yrs in business and the largest manned of over 400+ employees ....2019 grossed over 250 million in profit and broke all their own records every year in accomplishments and records... Number 1 according to OSHA leadership and standards and minimal accident injury reports for SAFETY and safe working environments... ABC Licenced all phases of construction....

By far the best coffee I have had in Grand Rapids. The barista was exceptional. I had delicious, fragrant Panamanian blend with blueberry and wild flower notes, low acidity, with a very clean finish. This is definitely one of Grand Rapids hidden gems!
