I have never left a negative review on any business before but this is the worst place I have ever been to. My father bought four gift certificates for my family as a gift last year for Christmas. My first mistake was calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment (as you should do) but I had let them know that I had gift certificate for one hour. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment I was greeted with annoyance by the girl at the desk when I said I had called last week and scheduled an hour long massage. So.... we were at the 4th of July parade and my wife had a sore neck. I noticed the OPEN sign was on here and spoke to the woman behind the desk to schedule an appointment for my wife. I observed the training certificates on the wall for the therapists who I assumed worked there. The lady was non committal and said that they’d had complaints about any therapist other than the ONE who “does the women,” mmmmmkay.... when my wife completed her visit I was disappointed to hear that her experience was as follows: the therapy consisted of, “like someone petting you, like a lover,” just gentle stroking of the skin- this is not the massage technique desired or needed....read full review
