They are very welcoming and professional, have prompt response time, flexible scheduling, and, most importantly, are extremely experienced and talented. Shane does amazing work! This is my 4th time going there and when I want my next tattoo, it is where I will return to.

This is the second time I've received tattoo work here, and it's the only place I will go to in Grand Rapids!! For this second tattoo, I was getting work done to add to an already existing tattoo. The addition fit seamlessly into my already existing tattoo, and it looks great!! The receptionist is lovely to work with, and it so pleasant and kind during all interactions. It's also a bonus that this tattoo shop is named after Star Wars... :)
