I cannot say enough good things about Alison and Mitten Real Estate! Due to the current nature of the GR housing market, it took me two years of on and off looking and a few failed bids before I had a bid accepted. Very common in this housing market, but disappointing nonetheless. Through it all, Alison was supportive, helpful, and kind. I appreciated that she honored my budget and did not press me to look at houses outside my budget or offer more than I was comfortable with. She was knowledgeable about the area and made savvy recommendations on which houses I should pursue.
