I cannot recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal enough, especially the location on 28th street. Not only is the laser hair removal worth every penny, but the service from when you first walk in the door to when you’re leaving is unmatched.I had the pleasure today with talking to Bri at the front desk and provider Megan doing my treatment. I can’t express enough how wonderful all of the staff at this location are, but Bri and Megan really stood out to me with the exceptional customer service and welcoming attitudes. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying hair removal to go to this location, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming to Brazilian laser treatments here for about 2 years and yes, it hurts. I had accepted that it hurts and do my best to ‘woman up’ and power through it for the sake of the greater good but then I was treated by Lettie!Wow does this lady have a gentleness to her that changed the entire experience for me. Every person I’ve come across here has been so kind and lovely so you really are in good hands all around … but I have to tell you that Lettie is someone to ask for if you’re on the sensitive side!
