Had Joe today actually for the road test and I passed first attempt with a few mistakes. I could tell something was wrong when I asked how I did and he answered my questions in an upset manner but I understand why he was upset. He knows his stuff very well and I am very surprised that this place gets this many negative reviews
The customer service department for this company is top notch always polite always helpful every single time they’re always so helpful and kind they are amazing people and desserve raises fr all of them were so helpful In walking me through any questions I had or rescheduling
My daughter passed her test today the Newaygo location with Jim Herrington. Shout out to Jim for being so kind and funny- helping ease my daughter's jitters. I would 1000% recommend the Newaygo location with Jim! THANK YOU JIM, YOU ARE TOP NOTCH SIR!
