A relative goes here, so I thought I would give them a try. I am much happier with this dermatology office than the previous one I used out on the east side. The doctor was very thorough checking my skin for sun damage. The Dr answered all my questions.

Overall the actual appointment was fine. Front desk was pleasant, easy to schedule an appt. I dont know if she was having an off day but the nurse acted like my being there was a huge put off. A biopsy was done and sent off to the lab and thats where everything falls apart. I received bill after bill with additional charges. Yes, i expected a separate bill for pathology, but then they didn't stop. When I called and asked about all the extra charges, I was told the lab had to do extra tests. Hmm, was something wrong? Oh, they cant tell me. You mean to tell me I paid an extra $300+ to have additional pathology done and you refuse to tell me what those results are?!?! I...read full review

I called 5 times and left 2 messages to reschedule an appointment and never spoke with an employee. In addition, my contact information and pharmacy preferences weren't changed (after I had requested they be updated.) A nurse asked if I needed more of my prescription 3 months ago but it was never filled.The place is clean and quick but there seems to be a lack of communication among their staff.
