This is my go to spot for a haircut on the north side of Grand Rapids. Sarah and Cassandra are excellent. They do seem to rotate through other staff that sometimes are hit or miss. The lack of online scheduling is frustrating and prevents a 5 star rating.
So very happy to have found a new Lady Jane's so much closer to my home. Megan was an absolute delight to speak with and did a fantastic job on my hair. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, and there was virtually no wait.
Monica did a awesome job on cutting my hair!I have a outdoors YouTube channel called “Johnny Trucking Outdoors” and I am very particular on the style I wanted to look presentable on camera, and Monica matched it perfectly! Thank you, I will be back!
