Just wanted to thank both the owner and maintenance guy at the Knapp location for both being class acts.
My 40+ year old van decided it didn’t like getting wet and wouldn’t start for me Saturday night as the evening settled in and I completed my wash. The maintenance guy offered some insights and assistance to me to get the van rolling again, and with some patience, I was rolling again but the man was gone for me to thank before I left. If he’s been working for ya for 25 years that’s definitely telling, props to you.

Excellent car wash with a friendly owner. Well maintained, it has self serve bays, auto wash, as well as vacuum stations. Everything is very affordable as well, can’t recommend enough!
I stopped by this car wash to clean up my interior mats. I used a CC and I hit the wrong button to end my transaction. So the machine naturally kept charging my card until I noticed. I reached out to the number on the machine and left a vm. They not only returned my call within 24 hours, they are mailing me, essentially twice the amount of the overpayment in gift cards (that I agreed was acceptable). Honestly I did not expect to get a return call, and probably would have never went back if so. But attaboy to these guys for making it right! I will certainly be back. Thank you!
