This winter we noticed excess moisture accumulating in our basement. A few referrals from friends in construction led us to Kent Foundations Solutions, who sent Corey Oleen to our home to conduct an assessment. What stood out about Corey was not only how thoroughly he inspected our property, but the time he spent reporting back to us about possible causes and remedies in clear language, free of the usual construction jargon and double-talk.

Corey came out to look at our foundation after another company came out and claimed our foundation was bowing in and we were just a month away from a cave in. Corey was very kind and took the time to explain things about our foundation to myself and my husband. He was patient with us and our questions and soothed our minds when he said that the other company significantly over exaggerated the situation and that it wasn't severe. Even though Corey is in a sales position, he didn't try to sell an unnecessary service to us and even told us how we could fix a small crack in our wall by ourselves.
