we were broke down near plainwell and i called our road side service which sent us Lighting towing and the driver that showed up was very rude and unprofessional. So I sent him away. I then took it upon myself to call J's. Jon was with us within a 1/2 and was very friendly and professional. Jon went out of his way to make sure we we're safe and back on the road within hours. Thank you Jon we appreciate you!
On Jan 3, 2024......I was on Chester Pike in Norwood....my car would not start......I flaged this Tow guy down ... ask if he would help me....he told me his name was John.....he was so helpful..I would give him 10 stars thats how nice he was....to an old 70 years old lady that was struck in traffic!!Thanks again,Ms Linda in Sharon Hill Pa.
Rodney was such a great driver. He was kind and patient when I wasn’t sure where I would be bringing my car. We ended up driving quite far to my mechanic and he was a great conversationalist! He had great things to say about J’s towing. Grateful for all of the help!
