    We bought an additional warranty from another company. Guardsman had taken the risk over when our stove's oven quit two weeks before Christmas. The model was no longer available. Guardsman could not find a repairman in our area, nor an availability of our appliance. They honored their commitment from the other company, refunding our money for the entire amount we paid for the stove - $1,347. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. Thank you very much!

    I had an excellent experience with the technician Guardsman sent to clean a stain on a new piece of upholstered furniture. After filing the claim I was contacted within the communicated timeframe and the technician scheduled the service call to meet my schedule and needs. He advised me of his recommended treatment to the fabric and the stain was removed completely within minutes. Great service…thank you!

    We needed to have a repair to a leather recliner. We didn't have any warranty or protection plan. The store that we bought it from recommended Guardsman. I called them and they arranged for a repairman to come out about a week later. He showed up on time, and reinforced a broken part of the wooden frame. The chair works fine again. The service was done in about an hour, and the charge was very reasonable. I was very satisfied and would recommend Guardsman to others.
