Everyone is excellent! Dr Kragt answers your questions in a way you can understand! The hygienists also do a good job. Everyone makes sure you are as comfortable as you can be. There’s an attitude of care the moment you check-in until you check out. Highly recommend!!

I've never ever been pleased with a dentist or have had a good experience with any tbh.. But with both the girl who cleaned my teeth, I think her name is Erin, and with Dr. Marsh, they both were so incredible and literal angels!! I felt so seen and taken care of which made me feel safe. Thank you both, I truly appreciate you loves so much 💛

I spent all night last night in terrible tooth pain. I called at 7:00 am, was in a chair by 8:00 am, and on my way home by 9:30 with a root canal and minimal pain. It was not how I wanted to spend my morning, but Dr. Kragt and Lisa took care of me. They went to whatever length possible to make sure I was not in pain and fully informed. After this experience, I will be recommending Great Lakes Dental Care to my loved ones because I know they will be taken care of.
