A wonderful tech company in Grand Rapids. We have great service with Jack in the past. Recently, Kermit and Rob made a special priority to run to our site to fix an issue that we were having. Their service for us has been greatly appreciated thus far.

Excellent service! Kermit came out after we closed our business to do an install on 6 computers with our software company in California. 8 pm to midnight! So helpful and not at all "techy" the way some computer people can be. We have been with the company for many years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, I even have them help my with my personal computers too. I would highly recommend. Very fair pricing as well. We love working with Justin and his people! Good follow up with Carlos.
