It's a sales environment. Get em in, get em out. Very different from the private practice dental office I was a patient of for 15 years. The hygienists are mostly pleasant and friendly but prepare to see the dentist for a minute or two, no conversation, he will try an upsell and he's gone..Maybe thats just how it is now, but very un-personal and different from what I was used to

I have been going to Denal Associates for a few years. Hygienist Anna is amazing Dr V is also amazing. The women at the front desk have always been very helpful From the time I walk though the front door to the time I leave my experiences have always been fabulous thanks D.A Laura Simpson

I enjoy going to Dental Associates of West Michigan. I have been going there for over 20 years. I use to live 20 minutes away when I started going there and now I live over a hour away. Everyone there is so nice and friendly!!! I will continue going there as long as I can!!!
