A few weeks ago we rescued a female cat and decided it was time to get our male cat neutered since we've been talking about getting it done for months! We were recommended CSNIP and decided to schedule an appointment due to the great reviews and reasonable price. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online and check in my male cat. They kept him overnight and we picked him up the next morning. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with the whole process! Only thing I would complain about was there is not always someone there to answer the phones (or I just called at the wrong time), but I did leave a voicemail and got a call back a few hours later! Our pup was spayed just over two weeks ago. The staff at CSNIP was very organized and thorough throughout the process. They followed up the following week. One staff member commented that they can provide services upto 115 animals per day. The vets did an excellent job with the procedure, no complications, and she has healed beautifully.
