Our experience with CPA Company was weird! Brian helped us with our taxes and helped set up our small business. Everything seemed to be fine for a few years and then we got a weird message from Brian informing us that he could only help us over the net. I called the CPA Company several times to inquire about what was going on and if they were even going to file our taxes. To this day we have yet to hear back from them. This review is not to give them a bad name or review, but rather, an unexpected review in professionalism. This is a great accounting company. They are always pleasant and easy to schedule a time to drop off our taxes. We typically work with Tena. They are fantastic about calling with tax questions throughout the year, not just at tax time. We have been going to Tena for taxes the last couple of years, which is nice to work with the same person year after year. I highly recommend this place and they are very nice and knowledgable.
