I absolutely cannot recommend Brian or his services. He made a mess of my books, leaving me with the job of fixing it at tax time this year. Every time mistakes were made he would make long winded excuses or put blame on the client instead of owning his own responsibilities.

Due to the errors Brian made I had nearly two days of fixes but managed to get him the paperwork with plenty of time to get my wife and I's taxes filed on time. When I did not hear from him for an update I reached out and was told the day before Tax Day that our taxes were not done and he could only meet on Tax Day at 4PM. (which leaves me no time to get to the bank)

Our experience with CPA Company was weird! Brian helped us with our taxes and helped set up our small business. Everything seemed to be fine for a few years and then we got a weird message from Brian informing us that he could only help us over the net. I called the CPA Company several times to inquire about what was going on and if they were even going to file our taxes. To this day we have yet to hear back from them. This review is not to give them a bad name or review, but rather, an unexpected review in professionalism. This is a great accounting company. They are always pleasant and easy to schedule a time to drop off our taxes. We typically work with Tena. They are fantastic about calling with tax questions throughout the year, not just at tax time. We have been going to Tena for taxes the last couple of years, which is nice to work with the same person year after year. I highly recommend this place and they are very nice and knowledgable.
