I lived in a building in Grand Rapids, MI managed by Colliers for two years. During this time, I dealt with a visible mold problem in my bathroom that I requested maintenance on twice. The first time, my request was ignored. The second time, maintenance came and sealed a small portion of the the damage while telling me they would need to come back to treat the rest of the mold. Talk about terrible property management company. Several close friends that live in their buildings and the list of unprofessionalism continues to grow. Key fobs that don’t work, doors that won’t open, buzzers that won’t let people in, repeatedly lost paperwork, cars broken into in a secure garage to name a few. I will not be living in any building they manage.
