Red Truck PJ 84 and White Truck B02 of CHOP hired by Consumers are a great group of workers and did a stupendous job not just in chopping, but clean up and discussion with residents. Highly recommend them for any job you may need. Memorial Drive, N Muskegon. Thx guys!

Dave Pyman and his 2 bucket truck crew were wonderful. Dave even tried to get the trimming orders changed for me due to some concerns. They were very careful not to leave ruts in my yard when they had to take a bucket truck to my back yard. The crew was very friendly and worked hard in extreme heat. They also were very diligent in lightly trimming my birch tree (required trimmjng) per my request. Thank you.

I’m very impressed with your company. Shane has already investigated and addressed the issue within hours of me calling him (issue was a damaged retaining wall during power line clearance work). This is a sign of a customer focused culture. There were no excuses or pushback. You broke it took responsibility and promptly fixed same day. And the crew was truthful that they damaged it.

With that said, room for improvement is that they should’ve also told the supervisor about this issue right away and left a card on the door.
