The workers in the warehouse are all pleasant. Backing up to the loading docks should be easy but is not. There is a huge deep hole in front of door 1 and snow piled up in front 4 making access difficult. The two middle docks had their 2 of their trailers in them.
My company, Millard's, In Stanton Michigan, has worked with Bishop Distributing for years- me-for the last two. The customer service and level of their professionalism is top rate! 10/10! The gals in the office are always so positive and helpful. When I first started in our flooring department everything was so new to me- I would have been lost without their help. They are always so upbeat, positive and patient. Truly one of the greatest customer service experiences I've ever had. You won't be sorry working with this terrific group of people. Amazing customer service! I didn't even buy my original product from them. And after it was discontinued they offered to call around and try to find it for me. Total rock star customer service.
