I chose Ball Park Floral and Gifts for a flower crown for my sister-in-laws baby shower. I am beyond happy with my choice! When I called with the order, the shower was canceled an hour later. I called back to see if I could cancel it or have them remake it in two weeks when it was rescheduled to, but they were mostly done so I still ordered. When I showed up they were so nice and understanding! They had chosen flowers that would last and sprayed it really well!!! Best florist in the Grand Rapids area!! I've been getting flowers here for a couple years now. They always do a superb job! I have never been disappointed. I brought my wife there on Saturday 11/25/23 for their open house. I had a flower arrangement waiting and I told she could do some shopping. Because of the open house and it was her birthday, she had a total of 40% in discounts. She made out like a bandit or maybe a flower shop Queen. To top it off the the entire store led by the staff sang happy birthday to my wife! What an incredible and beautiful store. These ladies know what they're doing! I'm SO happy I went with Ball Park Floral for my wedding flowers! Jennifer was awesome to work with - we had a few zoom meetings to talk about what I wanted and she asked questions to ensure she knew what I meant. The outcome was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a vision of what I wanted for our ceremony arch piece and the real thing matched it exactly. The simple table arrangements of greenery were also exactly what I wanted. Last but definitely not least, my and my bridesmaids bouquets were so stunning. I highly recommend working with Ball Park Floral for your wedding flowers! Thank you Jennifer and team!
