I have had a bout of bad luck finding someone to do my hair correctly. I was desperate to get my hair fixed and have someone do it the way I keep requesting and paying lots of money for. I found Avantgarde by best reviewed salons near me. They had so many wonderful reviews. So on a whim, I called them. I gave them my sad story and they were able to get me in that afternoon. That is when I met Ezrah!! What a gem. She instantly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She listened to me, knew what I was talking about and what I wanted. She got me. Upon moving to Grand Rapids, I was unsure who to trust with my hair. I had been going to my previous hairdresser for the last eight years or so. One of my good friends suggested Avantgarde and Jenny was the one who cut my hair. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted and Jenny did a wonderful job! She was personable and fun. I was a little nervous walking in, but can confidently say that I have found my new hair spot. Highly recommend Avantgarde!(:
Super friendly and personable staff! Shook my hand as I came in and really tried to make a connection with me. Loved my cut and the way they explained what they were doing as they did it. Even bought some of the products because I liked the way they made my hair look. Planning to go back!
