The man that just came to fix our AC was a gem! He fixed the unit very quickly after he arrived. We used our appliance program through Consumers when it went out a few days ago. Amazing company they're starting up a second hand store to help those in the community. Right now we have a desperate need for boots, gloves and hats for homeless people in Grand Rapids Michigan.
