Snyder's Landscape Design Inc. is a reputable landscaping company known for its quality work and professional service. Clients have been generally satisfied with the company's hardscaping projects, such as the installation of a beautiful block patio. However, some customers have experienced issues with the company's work on other aspects, such as the replacement of a lawn and the installation of wood steps, which later failed due to the use of non-treated wood. Despite these isolated problems, the company is praised for its attentive staff, who work diligently to address customer needs and deliver satisfactory results. Customers have also been pleased with the company's irrigation system installation, which, although taking some time, was completed with professionalism and attention to detail, resulting in a well-functioning system.
I used them to blowout my 12 zone irrigation system. They were 1 of only 3 companies that responded to my request and I sent requests to 7 companies. They came out the same day and were prompt on the time. They were here for less than 30 minutes. The service tech was very friendly and did a great job.
We hired Snyder's to put in a patio circa 2015 and we have actually been very happy with the block patio, but we're very unhappy with the wood steps to the house and they did a very poor job replacing the large amount of our lawn that they disturbed (after all these years, that part of our lawn is still messed up). Despite the issues with the steps and the lawn, we would probably never have written this review, but the wood steps started to fail and when we replaced them this weekend we found that the posts into the ground were already rotted through and that they clearly did not use treated wood!
