We called Hedlund on a Friday in an emergency as our sewer in the basement was backed up. They were at our house within 2 hours and were able to snake out the line. That gave us the temporary relief needed to make it through the weekend until the larger grinding job could be done the next week. Bailey and Ryan were a terrific team and cleared our sewer line without having to dig up holes in the basement or the front yard. We were so grateful. The cost of the job was less than the quote. We also appreciated the texts to inform us of their ETA and a picture of the plumber to expect.

Today was the second time that Hedlund has been to our house to do work, first time to install some spigots and shut-off valves and this time to replace a sump pump. Both times, Josh was our technician. He did good work for a fair price and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely reach out to Hedlund again when we need a plumber.

I contacted them to check a couple issues in my home. They came out the following day. I was notified about a half hour before they arrived, which was plenty of time to finish my task. It was Luke and Keegan, both were very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to get the work completed quickly and first time around. This is the first time that I had used Hedlund plumbing and will gladly use them again. Thank you.
