I have been a patient of Dr Jeff for at least 6 years. Chronic back pain is extremely difficult to manage. Every time I have seen him, he explained what was going on to cause so much pain.
He treated me with usually a follow up appointment. He has never suggested a "wellness appointment "
Recently I had a bad episode with my back. Honestly I could barely walk. To make matters worse, i am going on a vacation with lots of hiking in montana.
Due to his care, I am going to Montana and confident I'll be fine.
He does not pressure me for unneeded appointments, but is available if I need follow up care!
I had my first visit and adjustment today after a long time and Dr. Jeff is very thorough with explaining. He does all types of adjustments to what suits the patient. I really liked him and Derica at the front counter was also very good.
I have always left happy. The atmosphere in the office is great, an it is ran great as well I would not go anywhere else. Angela Devries, I too had an apt. On Monday, however with the mayor putting us under state of emergency do the weather that night before hand, I had called to cancel my apt. To find their voice mail was set up to let patients know they were going to be closed do to the weather that Monday. They are always great about setting up the answering machine in these cases.
