Today Tom with applegate came by to do the annual service on my furnace and A/c unit they had installed a few years previous. What a wonderful experience! I've used Applegate since we bought our home over 10 years ago and have not been disappointed. Our furnace is pretty old, but every year they are able to come out and maintain it and keep it running reliably for us. They also noticed our water heater was starting to rust through during one furnace maintenance call and helped us get that replaced in a timely manner so we didn't encounter any problems with it. We appreciate their time and business!
