Jan has always been helpful and responsive. A/C went out last night. Called her in the morning and she had someone here by 10:30am. Mattis was courteous and very efficient. He had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes, had the replacement part on the truck, got it fixed and tested and was on his way. I highly recommend Superior and their technician, Mattis!
