42 North recently did a whole facelift on our home. Windows, siding (from stucco to vinyl), gutters, fascia. The home looks amazing and the compliments have been never ending. The team was quick, as quiet as they could be-given the task at hand, respectful of our space and our schedules. We took a total of 6 quotes over 2 years before committing to our company and we chose this company because not only did they quote better than competitors (by thousands!) but they included prices for the 'what ifs' that can sometimes skyrocket a projects price. Freezing temps and slippery slopes did not deter the stellar crew at 42 North Construction. This was no easy task in the middle of an icy winter but the crew most of the work in less than a day. They were fast, efficient, focused, friendly, thorough, and appreciative of my coffee and pizza offerings.
We had an excellent experience with 42 North. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and cooperative. The work quality was excellent and pricing was reasonable given the scope of the project. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
