Walmart Vision & Glasses

I recently had an eye exam and glass purchase at the Grand Haven Walmart Optical. The staff was prompt, friendly and professional. I have vision insurance, however, Walmart does not (currently) accept direct payment from Eye Med, so I had to submit paperwork for reimbursement. The staff prepared the paperwork and I sent in. I was reimbursed a few weeks later with no problem. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience at Walmart vision center in Grand Haven! Not only did they get me in immediately but they were also kind and thoughtful. Definitely the most inexpensive glasses and contacts I have found too.

I don’t even really know what all to say about the workers here. They we’re AMAZING to say the least.
Spent over an hour here today and they did not once give up or stop helping me until we got what we needed, while there we’re a couple problems.
Especially the woman who was attending to me.
I thank you! I left very happy and satisfied with their customer service skills.
