Quality Car Wash offers unlimited wash memberships, making it easy for customers to maintain clean vehicles. Many appreciate the convenience of the two-line system and license plate reader, which keeps the process quick. Customers enjoy the clean results and find the prices to be great. Some feel the wash quality can vary, as a few have had to go through twice to achieve a fully clean car. There are also suggestions for adding mirrors to check the vehicle before leaving and concerns about the absence of plastic protectors for the interiors, which are offered at other locations. While the vacuum system is praised for its effectiveness, especially for pet hair, there have been reports of the wash track occasionally stopping during use. Overall, customers love the convenience but express a desire for improvements in the drying process and vehicle spacing to prevent damage.
Our family loves Tommy's car wash. Typically we go to the grand haven location but love the fact the app will let use any location with no hassle. We have multiple cars on our app for easy billing. Pulling up to the app lane will allow you access without even opening your window. Wash is effective and quick. Love the belt drive to bring cars through and the wheel brush at the end and free vacuums. Makes car care easy! Thanks!
Great car wash! sometimes they upgrade your wash for free. I pay for the monthly “super” wash like $29.99 for unlimited monthly washes today I went through and it said “works” which is the $39.99 per month wash. Sometimes it’s the small things that keep people happy! 😆 I recommend them to anyone in the GH area! 👍🏽 👍🏽
Carson provided outstanding customer service at the car wash. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right from start to finish. He took the time to answer questions, explained the services clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Carson is a great asset to the team and someone customers can trust to deliver excellent service.
