We contracted Lakeshore Property Services for an outdoor renovation project. We had them put in a patio as well as a sidewalk along our seawall, landscaping, adjust sprinklers, and hydroseed. They were excellent. Their communication was excellent and Eric and Megan were great to work with. We highly recommend them.
Lakeshore property did a wonderful job in repairing our walls. They are easy to talk to and ready to answer all the questions you may have. Looking forward to more projects in the future.
Love this company! Over the past year we have worked with Megan to design a landscape that included retaining walls on both sides of the house, 30 mature trees and shrubs in mulched beds with native plantings and all with the intention of reducing an expansive lawn area. The hydroseeding company that they subcontracted did an excellent job by anticipating heavy rain and added a strong binder to keep the seed in place. They also subcontracted an excellent plumber to create a connection for the irrigation system connection. He actually used our shop vac to clean up!
