Options are provided and walked through. I appreciate knowing upfront what it will cost to cover my canine loved ones needs - it greatly reduces the stress of an already stressful time. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Truly - if it can be said about a vets office *chefs kiss*.
