Studio T Pilates

I am the Program Director for a non-profit that works with young women who age out of the foster care system. We created a personal development program for our participants that teaches them life skills they desperately need to transition into a purposefully and stable life. Tami taught a series on nervous system education and awareness and another one on attachment. She was so good with the our young women! We can't wait to have her back in the fall! Love Pilates with Tami and was so happy to find the studio after moving to Grand Blanc. She is focused and attentive and quick to recommend adjustments due to my physical issues.
