Scheduled two weeks out for 2 areas plus a large sectional. Work was scheduled from 10 am - 1 pm. At 12:30 pm crew had not arrived. Called to ask when they were coming. Person on the phone said, “they aren’t there yet?” Found out they were working another job 45 minutes away and had no idea when they would make it. I was told I needed to be patient. Customer service person was the rudest person I’ve spoken to in a very long time.

I'm quite certain there are areas where our carpet is actually dirtier now. I'm not sure if they didn't rinse the dirty soapy water enough or if they spread dirt around, but it's got dark splotches in certain areas. Also they didn't even move the smallest furniture unless we asked.

Scheduled cleaning of my couch. Gentlemen called before arrival to let me know he was on his way. As he got near he called again and said he could not get to my house due to road construction, this is/was 100% not true. The technician proceeded to argue with me and then hung up on me. I called the office and the gentleman told me he would call him and get it sorted out and asked if I’d mind if the original technician was still ok to clean my couch. I answered by saying yes as long as he changes his attitude as I do not appreciate being hung up on.
