Jaylen was very polite and informative. He walked us through the process at the beginning of the service and then walked us through the before and after pictures and what they found in our vents. They were very respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning our vents. Jaylen and his partner showed up on the earlier end of the 11-1 service window which was great. It took about 2 hours for the service to be completed. Would recommend him and the company again.
