Went today and the appointment went very well. The appointment took about 15 minutes and I wasn’t in the waiting room very long at all. All of the staff are extremely professional, including Dr. Sotzen. Dr. Sotzen answered all my questions and didn’t seem rushed to get to the next patient. I’d recommend anyone to Pinnacle for any dermatology needs.

I love this office! Last week I was running 13 minutes late for my daughter’s appointment due to traffic from Auburn Hills to Flint (had to pick up my daughter from her internship). My husband called ahead to let them know and he was told by the call center that if we were more than 10 minutes late then the appointment automatically cancels and our card is charged $45. My husband canceled the appointment because he wasn’t sure I would make it within the 10 minute window. After picking my daughter up in Flint, I drove to the Grand Blanc office hoping they would see her. (FYI: there are no postings on the website or in the office regarding the “10 minutes” rule)....read full review

My first Hydrafacial was amazing. My skin was looking dull, dry, and neglected. Lizzie did an excellent job explaining as she went. The process was very gentle and so effective. My face is clean, hydrated, and glowing. This would make a great gift!
