I do stand by this review but fast fwd to the next time I went there also on a holiday was told their not taking walkins today due to holiday. Only problem is it's nearly 4 hours till close and the place is nearly empty. 2 people waiting. Oh yeah I drove 35 minutes one way. Plus was tipping 100% the bill due to the 4th. Walk ins welcome, comfortable chairs in waiting area, small wait time, good prices and very clean. Nothing bad to say. Son got a hair cut and beard trim and looked amazing

Found on Google and was jazzed to get my son's haircut. Called lady said no appointments unless I know the hairdresser. Went in on a Sunday, no person at counter no hello just loud banter from ladies cutting hair. A computer is used to sign in. It's 1 pm, I sign my son in and it makes you choose a stylist. I waited 40 minutes and it's not that busy so now I'm pissed. I stand at the front kiosk, all the way in the back is their break room. Lady yells oh she's coming. Shes approaches, Oh you picked me, I'm like I guess it made me pick someone. I'm like either cut his hair or I am leaving. She cuts his hair comes out smiling. I'm still upset this Lady was taking a break while I wait for service. It is 2:15 I say nothing had her the money 30 dollars and immediately walkout. She's like do you need change and knowing I am pissed she very condescendingly says and have a great day! So if you want to wait forever and be treated like crap. This is the place.🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯💸

As a longtime customer of Katie’s, I will confidently say that she does an absolutely phenomenal job at making sure my hair is looking the best it possibly can! I cannot recommend her and her skills enough to anyone seeking a reliable and skillful individual!
