Shelly and Beth did a wonderful job on me and my mother's haircut today! No wait and great service, will definitely be back! Shelly did an amazing job layering my mom's hair and gave her exactly what she wanted. Beth also did an amazing job cutting mine and being very patient and caring! ❤

Tammy did great but she failed to inform me that because of my hair type (curly) that when my hair dried after the cut it would be shorter than I wanted my haircut to be. I have a important family gathering this weekend and my hair is very short, it's so short that I can't even style it. Tammy did a good job doing the male wolf cut that I asked she just didn't tell me that I'd look like a grandma afterwards.

The last 2 times that I have gone in here it has been a bad experience. Everyone's always super friendly which is why I'm still giving two stars, but the last time i had to pay for the 2 different colors that got put in my hair. Red and purple. I specifically said when I was discussing that I wanted red and purple in my hair that my hair would need to be bleach to get the purple to show up.The woman doing my hair insisted that it would not need to be bleached first so she did not.I walked out with red and darker red hair absolutely no purple.
