100% would NOT recommend. I went to the great clips on perry rd in Grand Blanc today with my ONE YEAR OLD SPECIAL NEEDS SON. I had my husband bring him in for his very first haircut. They had refused service to him because he could not physically wear a mask due to his disability. When we pulled away I saw in the window the two women who refused him service NOT wearing a mask. I understand if my husband would have to wear one but my son is severely autistic and it's just not something he can do. not to mention the age requirement is 2 years old. These women were highly unprofessional, rude, and made it very clear they will not accommodate due to special needs. please... read full review

Checking in online is nice, and they give a nice cut too. The only downside is the hours for this location currently but that can't be helped since everywhere is in need of workers.

I've never been here and had a bad time, even when they're busy and moving fast, which I understand sometimes, the cut they give me is pretty good. And also making an appointment online is cool
