She has been taking care of my mom for a long time now. She does a very good job. I feel she makes good decisions and gives me good advice to care for her.

2 and a half hours passed my scheduled appointment time and still haven't been seen. The wait time is unacceptable I'm so bored sitting in their office I decided to leave a 1 star. The office workers are fine but come on stop over booking stop wasting everyone's time.

I have been with Swamy several years and just had to leave. The staff is awesome, very friendly and courteous. Dr just do what she needs to do for her patients. It’s all about quick in and out. She had 5days to get important paperwork filled out and didn’t even have it done after the deadline but want to charge $25. Wait times are ridiculously loooong. Good luck if she’s your Dr

I have been seeing Dr. Swamy for years. She is very caring, intelligent, and thorough. She truly cares. I love her! Best PCP!

I too have been a patient of Dr. Swamy for probably around 16 years, following in my mom’s footsteps. The Dr. took supreme care of my mom until she passed in 2013. Her referrals have been excellent too. I’m certain she’s aware of the awful wait times but keep in mind it’s her own private practice (I think it still is) and you’re not seen by a PA or nurse or nursing assistant. AARP says that for every hour of seeing patients doctors spend 2 hours on the computer doing reports. Then she has hospital rounds and visits before and after the office closes. Let’s give the Doctor a break. Now as for her office staff, rarely are they the same. Students maybe? Whoever manages that part of her practice either needs assistance or a wake-up call that first impressions as well as departing impressions need to be A-1. There’s a lot of improvement that’s needed in how the office runs. I refer my friends to to her practice citing the good (the doctor actually sees you) and the not so good (long wait times). Depends what you’re looking for.

Incompetent, Inept Staff and a Masterclass in Practice Mismanagement and Patient Negligence:
This office’s behavior goes beyond incompetence - it is dangerous. It shows a shocking disregard for patients' time, health, and dignity. My mother’s imaging results, which revealed a cancer diagnosis, were available online, yet the staff lied and claimed they hadn’t received the fax. In 2025, this excuse is laughable, lazy, reckless, and dangerous. This is either sheer laziness or a deliberate attempt to avoid doing their jobs. Either way, this office withheld critical health information that demanded immediate attention.
Patients WITH APPOINTMENTS can expect to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. This is systemic mismanagement CLEARLY DESIGNED TO OVERBOOK PATIENTS AND MAXIMIZE PROFITS AT THE EXPENSE OF PATIENT CARE. The doctor must either be completely oblivious or complicit in this dysfunction; both possibilities are entirely unacceptable. Patients deserve better than to be treated like an inconvenience when their health is on the line. This practice is an insult to the medical profession and a danger to patients. If you value your time, dignity, and health, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Great doctor! Listens to all your concerns and takes immediate action. Staff is nice and accommodating. Long wait but it's worth it for the care she gives. Teddy is just an added bonus!
