Over bleached my hair, left chunks of bleach in it!!! Did not get what I asked for. My hair is blonde, orange and pink mix..They didn't blow dry or style it after.Also to their comment, the owner was not there that day and if I couldn't afford it the stylist wouldn't have been paid to even ask for a refund!Don Franco refuses to fix it or refund me and this is my final hair before my death

My sister who is on hospice went to go have her hair done. She wanted her dark roots dyed blonde and her pink shadow root touched up. The stylist obviously did not know what she was doing and destroyed my poor sisters hair. We attempted to get it rectified but the owner would not discuss it with her or refund her money!!

Christina Ortez stole over a $1,000 dollars from me. She literally NEVER showed up to a single appointment. I have proof with 22 texts from her, and 16 from her assistant, rescheduling and playing games with me. She constantly lied and rescheduled. For months! I would have a cape around my neck, sitting there for an hour, like a jerk, waiting and waiting. Until I’d find out that she’d slept in or another lame excuse. I was committed to her because she had me pre-pay for the expensive hair that I had to buy before hand. Only for her to not show up. Her poor assistant would have to cover for her and send me home. Over and over and over again.Having extensions is a huge commitment. Financially and physically. I paid a babysitter $18 an hour to watch my twins while sitting in her chair for her to never show up. Locked her keys in the car, ran out of gas, ( the keys and gas, same night) even though her car was in the parking lot. Someone died, (twice), etc.Because of her not showing up for my scheduled appointments for my extensions, my hair dredlocked. l went bald. I spent 4 hours and $1,300 with another stylist having to comb the dreadlocks out. It was beyond painful. I lost at least 70% of my hair and now have to wear a wig every day of my life. Another expense. I never deserved this. I always showed up on time. Responded to her confirmations, paid thousands, tipped 25% every time. She is a liar and thief. I paid for hair that she’s using on someone else’s head. Because I was forced to pay ahead. I went to the salon owner, he was kind. But said it’s out of his hands.I even took her to court. This woman is crooked. Severely crooked. The salon is crooked for keeping her employed and doing nothing to help me. If you or anyone has ever experienced hair loss, as a female, you know how devastating it is. The fact that she’s still out there doing this, is absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Christina.
