“So I have a different kind of review. One where we didn't get our carpets cleaned. Why? Because after speaking with Greg, he said it sounded as though it was a better option for us to replace our carpet. To some this may sound like he's trying to get out of a job or make us spend more money but in all honesty, we both knew that him coming out to clean our carpets was only going to put a Band-Aid on the situation and that he'd probably be out once a month to help with the pet smell left from the previous owners. He helped explain that unless we got down to the subfloor, the smell was never going to leave and he didn't feel right coming in and taking our money, knowing it was only a temporary fix. With that kind of communication and knowledge he provided, I know that we WILL use him and his company for our future carpet needs! Thank you Greg for your honesty!“
