I had a great experience purchasing my new washer and dryer here. Sarah was nice and informative. Plus I want to give a big shout out to the delivery team. Kirk and Ben were very respectful and professional! They arrived early and allowed me time to clean up after the removal of my old set. They installed everything and made sure it was running properly before leaving. I would happily do business here again in the future. I am glad I chose to go with them instead of ABC warehouse, who I purchased from previously and they charged me for delivery and installation, then just sat my appliances in the utility room and left. I am so impressed. Highly recommend!! Excellent service. I came in prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars to replace my speed Queen washer. After my consumer 's home program said it was no good needed a new transmission and was something not covered under their program. I had called ABC warehouse where I purchased plus buy an extended warranty through them for extra protection. Clearly I got ripped off LOL. My bad They said nothing that they could do again. I bought a Speed Queen for superior power and best warranty bottom line both of those places failed me miserably. Had a new Speed Queen dryer delivered today. The sales staff, Carl himself, and Ben for the delivery were excellent to work with. Ben gave me time to clean the area where the old dryer was before installing the new one. Great experience all around. Carl’s is the only place we’ll buy appliances from.
